Friends Outside provides reentry services to formerly incarcerated individuals in Stockton and the greater San Joaquin County area. Their services include job training, housing assistance, family reunification support, and counseling to help individuals reintegrate into their communities successfully.

This program offers comprehensive reentry services, including job readiness training, vocational programs, and placement services for formerly incarcerated individuals. They work with local employers and community organizations to assist individuals in securing employment and successfully transitioning back into society.

Five Keys works closely with many in-custody and reentry partners to help provide wraparound services post-release which greatly increases the chances that inmate/students will use what they’ve learned in school to establish a positive lifestyle, employment and reduce recidivism.

El Concilio California's AB109 Re-Entry Program provides intensive case management services for the re-entry population.   We are committed to serving each client by providing support and mirroring positive relationships to ensure a smooth transition and stable foundation for building a positive life.

 Who We Are : In continuous operation since opening in 1968, El Concilio California is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit multi-service agency offering 58 inclusive, comprehensive, and responsive programs and services across six departments. In its years of service, El Concilio California has emerged to become one of the largest, and the largest Hispanic-led, nonprofit, social services agency in Northern and Central California, with an experienced staff of professionals exceeding 334, offering a spectrum of crucial multilingual programs and services specific to the needs of underserved, marginalized, minority, and economically segregated populations, non-English speaking households, communities of color, and the LGBTQ+.

Ready To Work (RTW) is a San Joaquin-based non-profit organization, founded in 2016, aimed at achieving and advocating for equity and promoting wrap-around, well-being services through a humanistic approach for California’s marginalized, minority, and economically segregated populations, communities of color, and all other vulnerable neighbors (collectively referred to as Underserved) living in or at-risk of homelessness.

OVP is deeply committed to building relationships with individuals at the highest risk of being harmed by gang or gun violence. By engaging with clients in their homes, schools, and communities, we gain a better understanding of their challenges and work together to create tailored solutions.

By providing a supportive network and fostering positive relationships, we help high-risk individuals feel connected and less likely to turn to violence for protection or survival. Our efforts to address the root causes of gang involvement and gun violence are making a meaningful impact on the lives of our clients and the broader Stockton community. We believe in the potential for growth and change in every person.

The Green Economy Lab is designed to serve as a training center and incubator for green economy jobs, new technologies and fostering collaboration among industry stakeholders, workforce opportunities, and policy development in San Joaquin County.

Lilypad Living Outreach and Lotus Rising Recovery Services provide integrated, trauma-informed Whole Person Care for individuals and families impacted by substance use, justice involvement, homelessness, and complex life challenges. Through a continuum of outpatient treatment, recovery housing, and community-based outreach, our programs support sustainable healing, stability, and long-term recovery.
