Empowering Second Chances: Bridging the Path from Incarceration to Independence

What is CAP Alliance?

Community Action Partnership (CAP) is a dynamic network of organizations dedicated to supporting returning citizens from prison or jail and empowering disadvantaged communities throughout California.

With a comprehensive approach, CAP offers a wide range of reentry services, including education initiatives, job training programs, housing support, and improved access to health care, all aimed at helping formerly incarcerated individuals successfully reintegrate into society. Through these efforts, CAP strives to reduce recidivism rates and create sustainable communities where returning citizens can thrive and become productive members of society.
